Finally found a decent version. Don Hatchett did this transfer. He really has the best equipment. It is however an decent upgrade to the High Gen recording in circulation. Very happy with this, but this copy of the Oklahoma City 1989 show is pretty weak both visually and in the audio. In all likelyhood there may be a better copy out there but thus far, this is the best quality I have come across. So an upgrade is always welcome. The filming quality itself is rather good - not shakey or anything and the filmer films all of the guys. Like I said, it just suffers from being a Mid Gen.

Funny story. The band were staying at a Marriott Hotel in Oklahoma City and the day before the show taper's friend went down to the hotel with a bunch of KISS bootlegs for Jon. The road manager got super pissed and really paranoid that his friend (who wasn't a taper) was going to bootleg the show. He warned him that if he even saw him, he would throw him out of the concert. The next night, before the house lights went out, taper actually shot footage of this guy walking the floor, looking for his friend that he thought was taping the show. Guess again asshole! Also, a very unknown, unsigned Color Me Badd opened the show for Skid Row as an unannounced third band, they were horrible and performed the Levi's 501 Blues theme song a capella.

There should be master copy in trading circles, as the filmer told me he sent his master tape to Paragon some years ago... and to this time we don't have any new informations about it.
